New this year, is Carnivore, a curated charcuterie experience! Ottawa’s own Michael McKenzie of Seed to Sausage brings his delicious artisanal, meats–and the company’s fascinating story–to the table. Grab your very own take home charcuterie board, and sample their award winning Genoa and Calabrese salami, Capicolo, Cheese Curd Smokies, Nduja, and Blue Cheese Jalapeno sausage. Everything is individually made by hand. Carnivore is happening up to 9 times during the Festival- we hope to see you there!
